I found today on Polish forum article about Cyder - program (made by Russian developers) that provide view packages from Cydia repos and install them on iPhone.
Go to :

2. In the Sources tab you can add sources manually or make next steps
3. Go to Synchronization tab and press Copy sources from Cydia (of course you have to have your iPhone plugged in
)
4. Wait few moments for download packages information and then you can view them in Packages tab
5. Select package(s) you want to install and click on Download selected packages.
6. Go to Synchronization tab again. You will see your chosen packages in "Local cache". Select them and click Copy to AutoInstall folder
7. After that respring your iP and it should work*
*But if it don't work, ssh to your iP and go to /var/root/Media/ and as root make "chmod 777 Cydia"
