PostWhy iPhone 4s not iPhone 5??

Let`s have a look at the bigger picture, the behind-the- scenes scenario. Most iPhone users expected the unveiling of brand new iPhone, a completely redesigned one, but they just got an upgraded one. This was a big disappointment for many iPhone 4 users.

Now let`s consider the reasons behind this uncool move. The idea behind the iPhone 4S is the same as for iPhone 3GS; the two-year carrier contracts. Apparently, the iPhone 4S is just Apple`s ingenious way to flood in more new iPhone users. As for the current iPhone 4 users bound by the carrier contract, they`ll get their iPhone 5 just in time for a new contract. So, if you decide to break your contract and get the new iPhone at full price, it`ll be your decision and yours only.

A quick look at Apple`s iPhone release history shows that the iPhone 4S is just the next typical step for the company, going from iPhone 3G to iPhone 3GS to iPhone 4 and now iPhone 4S. As you can see, this is Apple`s clever way to lure in more users every year instead of every two years.

As polls indicate, a lot of iPhone 4 users won`t upgrading to the new model claiming that they still have a year on their contract plus Siri is not cool enough to warrant contract breakage.

Apple is playing a pretty smart strategic plan driving iPhone 3GS to skip the iPhone 4 and do for the juicy, highly–upgraded iPhone 4S.

Nicely and conniveingly played Apple !!
